Join us and be humbled and inspired by the natural landscape of London as we practice yoga, meditation and the sharing of good energy. The London Yoga Experience lets you take in this gorgeous city the peaceful way while practicing outdoor yoga in some of the best location London has to offer.
Using some of the most peaceful locations and views in London, our experienced instructor will lead you through a 90-minute practice of yoga where you let go of everything which no longer serves you, and take in that which moves you forward. During our sessions we will teach you the art of yoga to increase your confidence in your practice while helping you to perfect your yoga poses, breathing techniques, flow and state of mind. All this is done in some of the most tranquil and beautiful locations of the city giving you the chance to explore a new hidden gem each session with likeminded individuals.
• Each session last for 2 hours (90 minutes of yoga and 30 minutes of sightseeing/exploring) .
• You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat or rent one from us.
• Our sessions are held by professional yoga instructors
• Classes are always in English. Other languages can be accommodated upon request.
A new scenic location is chosen for each session and is notified to you 3 days before your yoga experience.
